Abstract

Сурункали йирингли ўрта отит (CЙЎО), баъзида сурункали ўрта отит (CЎО) деб аталади, сурункали яллиғланиш бўлиб ва кўпинча тешилган ноғора парда орқали оторея билан тавсифланган ўрта қулоқ ва сўрғичсимон ўсиқ бўшлиғининг полимикробиал инфекцияси. CЙЎО асосий белгилари оторея ва эшитиш қобилиятини йўқотишдир. Махаллий антибиотиклар ва фотодинамик терапия CЙЎО учун энг кенг тарқалган даволаш усулидир. Антибиотиклар ёки фотодинамик терапия якка ўзи ёки антисептиклар ёки қулоқларни тозалаш (кулок санацияси) каби CЙЎО учун бошқа даволаш усулларига қўшимча равишда қўлланилиши мумкин.
