Роль hif-1α в развитие патогенеза ишемического повреждения головного мозга

Abstract

Нарушение равновесия между снабжением и потреблением кислорода в головном мозге инициирует сложный биохимический цикл и молекулярные изменения, приводящие к гибели нейронов. Чтобы пережить такую неблагоприятную ситуацию, нервная ткань должна включить некоторые клеточные механизмы, такие как индукция различных факторов транскрипции -индуцируемый гипоксией фактор (HIF). Это транскрипционный регулятор кислородного гомеостаза и ключевой фактор генерации адаптивных ответов через активацию различных генов-мишеней, участвующих в эритропоэзе, ангиогенезе, а также метаболизме и транспорте глюкозы. С другой стороны, некоторые исследования утверждают, что HIF также играет пагубную роль в ишемическом реперфузионном (ИР) повреждение путем индукции проапоптотических молекул, которые вызывают митохондриальную дисфункция, ведущую к гибели клеток.
