НОВЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ КОРОНАВИРУСНОЙ ИНФЕКЦИИ COVID-2019

Abstract

Представлены общие сведения о коронавирусах, хроника эпидемии COVID-2019, вызванной коронавирусом SARS-CoV-2, и оценка глобальной эпидемической ситуации. Приведены рекомендации национальных регуляторных органов и Всемирной организации здравоохранения по лечению заболеваний и септического шока, вызванных SARS-CoV-2, в том числе целевые значения системной гемодинамики у пациентов, перечень рекомендуемых лекарственных средств, способы их применения и ограничения фармакотерапии.
