Нефармакологические стратегии коррекции стоматологического страха и беспокойства у детей

Abstract

Поведение пациента во время стоматологического лечения значительной степени зависит от его психического состояния. Депрессивные расстройства также способствуют к прогрессированию стоматологических заболеваний. Индивидуальный план лечение и особенности взаимодействия с пациентом должны быть определены в зависимости от психоэмоционального состояния больного, что позволит установить отношения пациента и врача, и повысить качество оказываемой стоматологической помощи, а также минимизировать риски развития конфликтных ситуаций. С целью определения психоэмоциональных отклонений больных используются различные шкалы и опросники, которые обладают определенными достоинствами.
