Аннотация

Витилиго является самым распространенным в дерматологии гипомеланозом, классифицируется как аутоиммунное генетически опосредованное заболевание, связанное с факторами окружающей среды, метаболическим и окислительным стрессом, активностью иммунной системы и аномалиями строения клеток. Статья носит обзорный характер, в ней освещены современные данные о патогенезе витилиго.
