Роль иммунной системы в патогенезе метаболического синдрома

Аннотация

Изобилие и доступность еды привело к чрезмерному потреблению, и вследствие, к глобальному ожирению. Люди, страдающие метаболическим синдромом подвержены повышенному риску развития сахарного диабета 2 типа и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, что делает эту проблему крайне важной, требуя комплексного и скрупулезного изучения. Несмотря на название, которое указывает на метаболические нарушения, последние данные указывают на тесную взаимосвязь метаболической, иммунной, эндокринной и нервной систем в этой патологии. Собраны и описаны данные о воспалении в жировой ткани, влиянии иммунной системы на инсулин-чувствительность и регуляцию веса организма.
