НАСКОЛЬКО НЕОБХОДИМА ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ ВЕДЕНИЯ БОЛЬНЫХ С ПЕРЕЛОМОМ ШЕЙКИ БЕДРЕННОЙ КОСТИ?

Аннотация

Пациенты с переломами шейки бедренной кости, как правило, пожилые люди с несколькими сопутствующими заболеваниями. При поступлении в стационар у них часто отмечают острую боль, электролитные нарушения, анемию, коагулопатию и делирий. Повышенная смертность связана с длительным временем ожидания операции. Баланс между количеством клинических тестов и оптимизацией, которая может (т. е. меньше осложнений и лучшая выживаемость) или не может (т. е. больше осложнений и повышенная смертность из-за ненужной хирургической задержки) принести пользу пациенту. В этом кратком обзоре будут рассмотрены существующие клинические рекомендации и соответствующие избранные исследования для оценки степени предоперационной оптимизации, необходимой перед хирургическим вмешательством при переломе шейки бедренной кости.
